How we work

Captivate Imagery will work closely with your event organiser to decide on the best amount of time to have a photographer present at your event in order to cover everything you need. Most of the time it would be best to have our photographer start shooting 1 hour before your event starts but we can work around your needs.

After you reach out to us you will have a dedicated client portal created for you where you will be able to find your quote. From here, once accepted, all of your paperwork will be generated including a questionnaire where you can add any specific shots you want to ensure are captured at your event. All of this is to ensure that your photographer has all of the tools available to them in order to capture your event in the best way possible.

We can photograph anything from 1 hour to a full day and even multi day events. All images will be uploaded to a secure online server for download in both high and low resolution.
